Return Policy
Prior to returning a product, please contact L.A. Rescue ( 661 206-2013 or jeff@larescue.com ) within 7 days of receiving the product to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (“RGA”) number. This will help us expedite your return and allow us to give you the proper credit when applicable. Once you have received your RGA number please follow the return policy guidelines below.
Non-returnable Items Include:
1. A product that is a "special order or special color”.
2. Items that have been embroidered or customized
3. Items returned with broken packaging or not in original packaging.
4. Items that have been subjected to use or training.
Return Policy Guidelines:
1. Items returned within 15 days of the shipment date will not be subject to a restocking fee. The restocking fee is 10% ( of the items returned ) to cover repackaging and returning the items to inventory after inspection.
2. Please write the RGA number clearly on the package.
3. Send the package freight prepaid. Please reference the RGA on the return address.
4. Returns must be received by L.A. Rescue within 15 days of issuing the RGA number.
6. Items received without an RGA number will not be eligible for credit.
RETURN FOR REPAIRS
Items returned for repair must be prepared according to the most recent OSHA requirements. Items must be emptied, properly cleaned and verified with a note stating the reason for the repair. Please contact Jeff at jeff@larescue.com for additional information.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
L.A. Rescue guarantees our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship when used as it was intended under normal conditions. Damage caused by abuse, normal wear and tear, and improper care is not covered under this warranty.
CLAIMS
All claims for damage occurring in transit must be made upon receipt of goods by the customer directly to the carrier and documented with photos. Please save all boxes and packing material. All shipment errors must be reported immediately upon receipt to Jeff at jeff@larescue.com.
